Axiom M&E was selected as the Project Manager for one of several Indefinite Delivery of Professional Design Services contracts issued by DFW Airport. We provided the following services:

  • Overall Project Management
  • Assisted client’s staff in project management
  • Point of Contact for Client and Designers
  • Selection of Design Consultants for Individual Projects
  • Contract Management of Consultants
  • Contract Administration
  • Scheduled projects from inception through design completion
  • Coordination of multiple projects
  • Maintained project design records
  • Developed and maintained project accounting and budgets
  • Reviewed project designs for conformance to clients desires
  • Conducted 3rd Party Review of Plans and Specifications

 Axiom M&E was the Project Manager and the contract’s Prime Consultant. Axiom M&E composed a team to service the needs of the client from the project inception through project completion and occupancy.
Our company responded to an open solicitation and was selected as the “most preferred”.

This project was a multi-tasked, on-demand design services contract which consisted of multiple projects of all types of disciplines. The contract included both civil and architectural projects on both Airside and Landside segments of the Airport.
The contract included over 20 successful designs and reports with over 15 Sub-Consultants of which Axiom M&E managed.
